Terms And Conditions:

1- Returns:


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t
offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in whatever way and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods cannot be returned.


* Perishable goods such as food, flowers.
* Newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
* We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. (including but not
limited to: panty, pantyhose, bellefit corsets,,etc)
* Items classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases (contact the
manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)
* Newborn baby bottle (up to 3 months)
* Nipples and pacifiers
* Breastpump, and breastpump accessories
* Breast feeding accessories
* Nipple Shield
* Breast Massager
* Kids Face Shields
* Swimwear
* Toilet training merchandise
* Some health products and personal care items (including but not limited to wipes,
cream, lotion, shampoo, shower gel, perfume, deodorants, oils ect..) are not returnable
after 24hrs.
* Hair Accessories
* Delivery and installation.
* Any product missing the serial number or UPC
* Downloadable software products Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
* Gift cards 
* Pay As You Go (or prepaid)
* Some jewelry orders
* Grocery products

* Products with opened / damaged packaging. 
* If the customer was aware of any default in the product at the time of the purchase and
has accepted it in present condition and this was proven in the purchase invoice.
* Free product(s) given to customer along with the purchased product(s) shall not be
exchanged or returned. 
* For your safety and health, health care product(s) maybe replaced or returned provided
that the same have not been opened and are as purchased in sealed cover.
These items are non- returnable due to hygiene/ health and personal care/ wellness/
consumable nature of the product.
However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will
provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund
/replacement.

 

Returns and exchanges are subject to delivery fees if processed after completion of delivery.

For BOGO or multi-buy promotions where you are eligible for a free item (e.g. buy one get one free),

all products that are part of the order need to be returned in full including any complimentary gifts

or products that came along with it. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted


The consumer cannot return or exchange of the Products in the following events :


1)    If the consumer was aware of the defect of malfunction, existing already in the Products at
the time of the purchase, and accepted it as is, or it was the last piece displayed in the store
and this fact was stated in the invoice.


2)    If the specifications, packaging of the Products or the commodities would prevent
exchanging or returning it whether damaging the Products or the impossibility of returning it to
the condition of purchase, in a way that would prevent reselling it when the Products was
damaged or couldn’t be returned to its original condition.


3)    In the event that the consumer misused, damaged or wrongfully installed the Products
damaged.


4)    If the condition of Products or equipment cannot be resold or displayed again, or there are
missing accessories, components with or without carton, with torn package, provided that it
should be in same condition when it was purchased by the consumer.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2- Delivery Policy:


We deliver orders within 2 hours, yet it is to note that a delay of approximately 30
minutes may occur due to traffic, thank you for your understanding.


3- Product Warranty: 


* Warranty cover only manufacture defects which appear during the normal operation of
the product, under a technical report approved by the product agent workshop.
* Warranty shall not cover malfunctions, beyond company's control, resulting from
misuse, negligence & natural disasters.

* Warranty shall be void if purchased product fixed by a party other than product agent
authorized workshop technician along with agent stamped repair order.


4- Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
An amount of 0.250 fils will be deducted from your refund as return and restocking fees.
An amount of 1 kwd will be deducted from your refund, if you require a second return from the
same order.
When you return an item (that is eligible to be returned), your refund and how your refund is
issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item how the
item was purchased.

Delivery Fees cannot be refunded.


5- Return or Replace Items:


If your item was fulfilled by a third-party seller, you may be charged up to 20% restocking fee
even if you return the item in original condition within the return window.


6- Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact

7- Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll
receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a
gift certificate will be mailed to you.

8- Prices And Orders:


The Customer agrees to pay the full amount for the Product as indicated in the Product
Description at the time of the Order receipt on the website.
While Mama’s First aim for that all prices of the Products to be accurate at all times, it is
possible that errors may occur. If an error in the price of Products was discovered, Mama’s First
will at its sole discretion either:


(1) inform the Customer as soon as possible and give the Customer the option of
reconfirming its Order at the correct price or canceling such Order.
(2) Or cancel the Order and process the refund in case the payment was already made by
the Customer.


The Customer acknowledges that this is the sole recourse that the Customer is entitled to in
case of a pricing error.
